If the W21 series adopts a wide-frequency and wide-voltage design, ordinary motors can achieve (constant torque from 25 to 75HZ and constant power from 75 to 100HZ). Both the body and the junction box are made of FC-200 ductile iron. The insulation grade is close to Class H, and the efficiency can reach IE3 (W22 can reach IE4, the highest in the world). The enameled wire with a temperature resistance of 200ºC is adopted. The stator and rotor are made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Through two vacuum impregnation processes, the coating on the surface and gaps of the stator and rotor is uniform, reducing the temperature rise and improving the efficiency. Equipped with imported SKF, FAG or NSK bearings, it effectively extends the operating life of the entire machine.
